As a mid level brand within the Watkin's line-up, Hotspot Spa’s design language had been largely based on older outdated designs and existing modified tools. By employing a more sophisticated approach to this segment of the market, we quickly separated ourselves from the competition. The new, quieter design approach made the tubs feel larger than previous generations, while the new seating designs created a wider, safer, barrier-free experience for the user under the water. New EVA pillows, jets, and valve handles were developed simultaneously along with the five different shells to help condense the project’s timeline.
