As a mid-tier brand within the Watkins portfolio, Hotspot Spas had become constrained by legacy design language and incremental tooling updates. By redefining the design strategy for this segment, we established a more contemporary and differentiated market position. The refined, understated aesthetic enhanced the perceived scale of the spas, while redesigned seating improved comfort, safety, and accessibility for the user. In parallel, new EVA pillows, jets, and valve handles were developed alongside five shell platforms, enabling an accelerated development schedule and a more efficient product launch.
